The "Home Inspector Locator" is owned by and developed by Hann Tech Marketing Links. Hann Tech Marketing Links is a California company. This web site is offered to the user conditioned on acceptance by the user ("User") without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By accessing and using this "Home Inspector Locator" and or the Web site (www.homeinspectorlocator.com), the User agrees to all such terms, conditions, and notices (the "Agreement"). Hann Tech Marketing Links and the Home Inspector Locator make no representation with regards to the quality of inspectors listed in our directory. Users must use their own judgment as to who they hire to perform an inspection for them. The Home Inspector Locator does not warranty or take any responsibility for the quality of inspections performed by inspectors listed in our directory nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the information listed in the directory.

Hann Tech Marketing Links' performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of Hann Tech Marketing Links' right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the User's use of this Web site or information provided to or gathered by Hann Tech Marketing Links with respect to such use.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
