If you are looking to attract new business from the internet you will want to be a part of our directory. Our directory is limited and is restricted to inspectors who have been qualified by us based on an experience rating. 

We generate leads and send them to you

As a member you will be able to receive leads from the internet. You will receive an email or fax that gives you the name, phone number and email address of a customer looking for an inspector in your area. We only charge fees for referrals that we send to you.  We charge a fee of $1.75 for each lead we send to you and $.25 for each time your listing is displayed in the locator. We send the leads by email or fax.  You will be required to open your membership account with a minimum of $50.  This will be used to pay your referral fees and display fees.  As you receive referrals your account will be deducted by the referral fee and the display fee.  If you decide to cancel your membership you will receive the balance in your membership account.  

We Qualify our Members

In order to be accepted as a member of the Locator inspectors must have a minimum of two years of experience in providing home inspections.  They are also required to be a member of a recognized state or national Home Inspection Association or have over three years of experience in building inspections.
