Once you have your code you can place the link anywhere on your web site to start earning referral commissions.

What is Home Inspector Locator ?
This is a searchable database of over 3,000 Experienced Home Inspectors all across the US.   The database consists of Home Inspectors who are experienced home inspectors.    

How does the search work ?
The user enters a Zip Code or a City and State and the search will show the closest home inspectors.  The information displayed will show the Company name, Phone, E Mail (when available), a link to their web site and a short description of their services. 

How does the Affiliate program work ?
We give you a specific code to place on your web site.  When visitors to your web site click on our link they will be taken to our web site.  We will track their activities and if they perform a search we will credit you with 15% of the fees we receive from our members for the leads and traffic you have sent to them.

How do I track the leads and traffic that were sent to the Home Inspector Locator?
We give you access to our Affiliate Login and you can track all of the information about the traffic you have generated and the fees you have earned. We also track the consumer rating for the inspectors so that you can see how well our inspectors are doing for the referral from your web site.

How do you get paid?
We will send you a check each month for fees you have earned that month.  If you earned less than $50 in a month we will send you a check when you have accumulated $50 in fees due.

Custom Co-Branded Locator (high traffic sites only)
For high traffic web sites we will create a custom search page for you that will have all of your graphics so that you can keep the look and feel of your web site.  You will maintain the look and feel of your web sites and never loose track of the users who use the Locator. We also have a generous commission structure for sites that can show high traffic with a targeted audience.
